About us

Ian Grant - Director
Ian's background is as a senior manager within the public sector. He has significant experience in the areas of strategic planning, operations management and leading through change. Having worked within the UK and overseas, he has a wealth of expertise in delivering all aspects of organisational change from managing and developing people, to the design and delivery of service improvement projects in both domestic and international environments. Ian has a particular interest in organisational culture and leadership, and is a trained mentor. He is a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a member of the Security Institute.
